This circuit breaker perfectly combines a permanent magnet operating mechanism with a spring operating mechanism-the permanent magnet mechanism is used under normal operating conditions to achieve stable and efficient operation; even in extreme cases where the permanent magnet mechanism fails, the circuit breaker can still be manually operated to open and close, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the underground coal mine power supply system under any circumstances. The circuit breaker has a rated current of 1250A, a rated short-circuit breaking current of 25kA, a rated short-circuit making current (peak) of 63kA, a dynamic stability current (peak) of 63kA, a thermal stability duration of 4 seconds, a mechanical life of up to 20,000 cycles, and meets the E2-C2-M2 performance level. The product strictly complies with national standards GB/T1984-2014 and GB/T11022-2011, and is perfectly compatible with the PJG9-10 series mining switchgear, achieving reliable mechanical interlocking and providing comprehensive safety protection for operators.
Furthermore, the circuit breaker's insulation structure utilizes advanced APG epoxy resin casting technology. The permanent magnet operating mechanism and vacuum interrupter are arranged front and rear, and the main conductive circuit has a floor-mounted structure, effectively preventing dust accumulation and maintaining excellent insulation performance even in humid, hot, and heavily polluted environments.
